How does "I'm here" work?
NahaLove only works on Nahalat Binyamin. With location set to "Always," the app switches you on when you walk onto the street and off when you leave, even when it's closed. With "Allow Once," tap "I'm here" for a one-time check; it switches off after 2 hours. Your location is checked on your phone and never stored: we only know "on Nahalat" or not. More in the Privacy Policy.
Who can see me?
Only compatible people who are on Nahalat at the same time as you, your matches, and Premium members you've liked. Nobody sees your distance or position. Straight people see straight people of the other gender; gay people see gay people of the same gender.
Report or block someone
Tap the ••• on their card, in their profile, or in your chat, then choose Report or Block. Blocking removes the match and the chat for both of you. In a report you can pick which messages to attach, since chats are encrypted and we can't read them otherwise. In an emergency, call the police at 100.
Premium and subscriptions
- Cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NahaLove, or Profile → Manage subscription in the app.
- Restore on a new phone: on the Premium screen, tap "Restore purchases."
- Refunds: Apple handles them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Got a code? On the Premium screen, tap "Got a code? Redeem it."
Forgot your password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?". We'll email you a code; enter it with your new password.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, matches and messages. It doesn't cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel that separately. If you can't get into the app, email us from your account's email address and we'll delete it for you.
Safety tips
- Meet in public. Nahalat Binyamin on market day is perfect.
- Tell a friend where you're going.
- Never send money to someone you met on an app.
- Trust your gut. It's fine to leave.
