Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and the operators of NahaLove, Ben Nasan and Rafi Goldberg, Israel ("NahaLove", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use NahaLove.

2. Who can use NahaLove

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You may have only one account, and it must be about you.
• You may not use NahaLove if we've removed you before, if you've been convicted of a sexual or violent offence, or if the law doesn't allow you to.

3. What NahaLove is

NahaLove is a dating app that only works on Nahalat Binyamin street in Tel Aviv. While you're on the street ("here"), you can see and swipe on compatible people who are also here. If you both like each other, it's a match and you can chat, including after you've left. We don't promise matches, dates, or that anyone is who they say they are.

Who you see depends on what you tell us: straight people see straight people of the other gender, and gay people see gay people of the same gender.

4. Your account

Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at nahalove.support@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account).

5. Your content

You own the photos, bio and messages you add. You give us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process and show your profile content to other users as the app works, only to run NahaLove. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your photos must be of you and recent. No nudity, sexual content, children, other people without their permission, contact details, or ads. New photos may be reviewed, and we may remove any photo.

6. Rules

Don't:

• harass, threaten, stalk, bully, or pressure anyone, online or on the street,
• post or send hate speech, explicit sexual content, or anything illegal,
• pretend to be someone else, or use fake or someone else's photos,
• sell anything, advertise, solicit money, or offer or seek sex work,
• share someone else's private information, or their messages without their permission (except in a report to us),
• use NahaLove if you are under 18, or try to contact anyone under 18,
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer or overload the app, or use bots or automation,
• try to find out someone's exact location, or fake your own location.

A "no" or no reply means no. Respect it.

7. Safety

We don't run criminal background checks, and a "verified" badge only means the selfie matched the photos. When you meet someone:

• meet in a public place (Nahalat Binyamin is a good one),
• tell a friend where you're going,
• don't send money or share financial information,
• leave if you feel uncomfortable.

Use Block and Report in the app, from a card, a match or a chat. In an emergency in Israel, call the police at 100.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users. To the extent the law allows, NahaLove is not responsible for how users behave, online or offline.

8. Chats

Chats are end-to-end encrypted, so we can't read them. When you report someone, you choose which messages to attach; only those are sent to us. Chat history stays on a new iPhone restored from a backup of your old one; on a phone set up without a backup, older messages can't be read.

9. Moderation

We review reports and may remove content, warn you, suspend your account for 24 hours or 7 days, or ban you, if we believe you broke these Terms or put someone at risk. Serious cases may be reported to the police. If you think we got it wrong, write to nahalove.support@gmail.com.

10. Premium and payments

NahaLove is free to use. Premium shows you who liked you without the blur and lets you like them back from anywhere.

• Plans: monthly (₪9.90 per month) and yearly (₪89.90 per year). The yearly plan may start with a 1-week free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices shown in the app, in your local currency, are the ones that apply.
• Payment: charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
• Automatic renewal: your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before the renewal.
• Cancelling: in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions (or Profile → Manage subscription in the app). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the paid period.
• Free trial: if you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Codes: we sometimes give out Apple offer codes (for example, a free month). They're redeemed through Apple, follow Apple's rules, and may end or be withdrawn at any time.
• Refunds: handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Deleting the app or your NahaLove account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription.

We may change prices or what Premium includes. You'll be told in advance, and a price change applies from your next renewal.

11. Location and notifications

NahaLove needs to check whether you're on Nahalat Binyamin. How that works, and that we never store your location, is explained in the Privacy Policy. Notifications are optional.

12. Our app

NahaLove, its name, logo and design belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by Apple's Usage Rules. The app is licensed, not sold.

13. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and isn't responsible for any claims about it (including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims). If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies by law, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you're not in a country under a U.S. Government embargo and not on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14. Ending your use

You can stop using NahaLove and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering NahaLove. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 7, 15, 16 and 17) continue after your account ends.

15. Disclaimers and limits of liability

NahaLove is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it running, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that "I'm here" will always detect the street correctly.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages arising from other users' conduct, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₪100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be limited.

16. Indemnity

If a claim is made against us because of content you posted, how you behaved with other users, or your breach of these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, to the extent the law allows.

17. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer law gives you the right to go to court elsewhere.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is meaningful, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using NahaLove after that, you accept the new Terms.
